Cancellations

Advance cancellations. For most courses, you will be entitled to a full refund if you notify The TR Company by mail or phone of your cancellation before 8:00 a.m. three business days in advance of the presentation for which you are registered. Cancellations made within three days before your selected course will be assessed a $15 handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the course. If you cancel on the day of the presentation or thereafter, you will not be entitled to any refund. Failure to attend the course amounts to cancellation by default and thus does not entitle to any refund.

Cancellation policies may be vary for certain seminars, and some may provide for larger penalties or no refunds for cancellations within a week or two of the seminar date. See specific seminar brochures or call The TR Company at (54.11) 4896.2693 for information about a particular seminar.
