Brand Management

It’s a new brand world

A brand is not a slogan, nor is it an advertising tagline. It is what distinguishes us from our peers, and more importantly, it is the promise we make to the public and to our community. It’s an expression of the core values that we live up to every day.

This seminar will provide a basic background through the discussion of the trends in brand management, emphasizing recent developments that are driving brand strategy today. We will concentrate on the renewed importance of customer relationships and how this aspect of marketing is crucial to brand identification. Today, customer relationship, or the lack thereof, is one of the key identifiers of a brand for customers.

We will examine the power of brands, methods for assessing and building strong brands and techniques for managing brands through crises and over the longer term.

Last, but not least, we will define "the brand You," encourage you to start thinking differently and analyze what makes you different from all others.
