This program aims to introduce you to the dynamics of today’s corporate world through an overall analysis of the global legal environment of business.

Since everyday activity involves a form of business organization, whether it be a sole proprietorship, a partnership, a corporation or some hybrid form, the purpose of this seminar is to look into some of the most important matters related to business organizations hand in hand with the pertinent documentation. Yet another goal of this module is to provide a fundamental understanding of those laws that affect business entities.

Participants will be encouraged to take an active role in class by committing themselves to a legal stance. Material will be presented by means of case-law discussion and analysis of the language used in corporate law. Tutoring through email is highly recommended.
