Criminal Procedure

This program will provide you with a basic understanding of the steps to be followed within the criminal justice system for the investigation and adjudication of criminal cases in the United States. Special attention will be devoted to the constitutional protection afforded to criminal suspects and defendants under the relevant Amendments to the US Constitution.
