The objective of this course is to provide students with a framework within which they will be able to discuss matters that businesspeople frequently encounter when doing business internationally. Thus the aim of this course is two-fold: it will comprise technical concepts and terminology as well as analysis of different cases comparatively within the current Argentine scenario.
