Negotiation & Conflict ResolutionIn any business environment there is an ongoing need to negotiate with others. These ’others’ may be associates within your organization, those with whom you have business transactions, or with whom you are beginning a new business relationship. This seminar is intended for professionals seeking to deepen their analytical and behavioral skills in negotiation and the management of complex disputes. It addresses the political, organizational and systemic challenges to conflict resolution, with the goal of creating tools to help policy actors in transforming conflicts in public organizations and public interest settings.
